DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION
Up for sale is a vintage Rummel Beer ashtray. It measures about 6 3/8” wide.
"In 1847 Wilhelm and Jacob Rummel opened their first brewery and tavern. It was located next to the new built railroad "Rhein-Neckar" so they called it "Zur Eisenbahn" (which means "next to the trains)". The brewery is Located in  Darmstadt Germany.
It is used and there is some wear and stained areas. The bottom edge feels rough and has worn through the glaze and has some chipping. Please review the photographs and email me if you have any questions or want additional photographs.
I mainly sell used older items including antiques, collectibles and oddities so please expect some signs of wear from use. I will identify or describe any unusual or notable wear and damage in the description of the item or in the photographs but please email me if you have specific concerns I have not addressed.
